- Fourteen years at RBC Royal Bank of Canada, RBC Dominion Securities – Portfolio Manager where he specialized in alpha generating multi-currency mandates and currency overlay risk management for multi-national companies, institutional fiduciaries and international high net worth private investors. Bill raised and managed over $425,000,000 in assets and over $325,000,000 of FX derivative contracts. Bill was a registered officer (Vice President) of RBC Dominion Securities and a six-time Member of the Executive Council. He chaired RBC Dominion Securities' National Advisory Board in 2000-2001 and initiated cross-platform leverage projects within RBC Wealth Management which was responsible for over $2.3 Billion annual revenue.
- Recipient of the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) and Derivative Market Specialist (DMS) designations, a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), a member of the American Association of Professional Technical Analysts (AAPTA), the Market Technicians Association (MTA) and the International Federation of Technical Analysis (IFTA). Bill has also completed the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation Level I and Level II.
